Our Services

Every Service, Explained With Care

We support homeowners and families across the Western Cape with the full journey of saying goodbye — locally, and across SADC borders.

📋

Documentation Assistance

Losing someone comes with a wall of paperwork at the worst possible time. We help families complete and submit death notifications, BI-1663 forms, burial orders, and any permits required by home affairs, police, or medical authorities — explained in plain language, with no step skipped.

🚐

Removal & Storage

A respectful, prompt collection of your loved one from home, hospital, or place of passing, day or night. We provide secure, temperature-controlled mortuary storage for as long as your family needs to make arrangements.

🕊️

Embalming

Our embalming is carried out with strict hygiene and care standards, preserving dignity for viewings, extended storage, or repatriation. We talk you through whether embalming is needed for your specific circumstances and destination.

🔥

Cremation

We coordinate the full cremation process with registered crematoria, manage the required permissions, and return ashes to the family in an urn of your choosing, with guidance on memorial options.

🛁

Washing & Dressing

Gentle, culturally and religiously respectful washing and dressing of your loved one, performed with privacy and care, in line with your family's traditions and wishes.

⚰️

Coffin & Casket Selection

A range of coffins and caskets from simple cloth-covered chipboard to solid wood and finished caskets — so every family can choose something fitting, at a price that respects their budget.

✈️

Long-Distance Repatriation

When your loved one needs to travel home to another province, we arrange compliant transport, all required permits, and coordination with receiving funeral homes — so the journey is seamless.

🌍

SADC Cross-Border Repatriation

We manage the full cross-border process — consular documentation, customs clearance, embalming certificates, and transport — for repatriation to Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, and eSwatini.
